Jon is the mastermind and creative vision behind Mobotour. He saw a gap in the industry and thought a simplistic, technological approach to accountability would solve the challenge. Jon has over 15 years in law enforcement and private security services. When he isn’t pulling all-nighters growing the company, he is spending time with his amazing family.
CEO & Product
Dustin ‘Dusty’ Laun brings 15+ years of executive and technology leadership spanning start-ups and large commercial organizations. Mobotour is his fourth product architected from the ground up. Dustin also is the Mobofam psychologist :). In his spare time, he’s traveling the country and letting the US gov’t pick his brain on start-up strategies to help change the world. Dustin serves as mentor to many humans looking to start companies and seeking a non-traditional way to make it happen.
Chief Success Officer
Brittany Galli brings laser finance and operational focus to the Mobotour team. Mobotour was lucky to pluck her away from education finance roles in public and start-up arenas. Brittany is also the vision behind marketing and communications when not looking after our bottom line. She’s responsible for all things ‘success’. When she’s not heads down, she’s traveling the country enjoying sun, beaches, and all places beautiful.
Maheep Gupta decided that the corporate life wasn’t for him. He quickly shed his cap and gown and created a company from the ground up that spans two cities and over 55 employees. The Mobotour team was lucky to persuade Maheep to join the Mobofam and take on all development and dev ops responsibilities. Maheep has the unique ability to take a napkin vision and work with his team to implement the live, tangible version of it.
Al Sporer has spent his entire career in technology building companies and organizations that sell and deliver enterprise software and solutions. Al is a proven leader in solving problems and delivering growth while aggressively managing bottom-line performance. Al has a fervent focus on customer experience and builds high performance teams that create and maintain strong customer relationships.
Al is currently founder and managing partner for AlaKrity, an advisory firm that that uses business physics to help growing software companies grow faster. Al is also serving as a Board Member for two different technology companies. At MSS International, a leader in application modernization software, he is chairing the product development committee as well as the supporting executive relationships with several GTM partners. At I2A-Philippines, an international technology incubator, he is leading the technology acquisition evaluation committee for I2A’s portfolio company selection process and providing mentorship to founders.
Previously, Al held several executive level roles at CA, including executive roles in services, corporate development and business unit leadership.
Before joining CA, Al spent 7 years at EMC, where he held several senior positions in services, sales and M&A. Al has also held roles at Accenture and started his career serving as an officer in the United States Air Force.
Al is fascinated by leading teams to solve problems where the answers can’t be found in a book or googled.
Brian brings 15+ years in executive leadership for commercial technology companies as well as experience building start-up organizations from scratch. He’s consulted with 100’s of organizations helping solve some of their most complex challenges. Currently Brian spends his time as a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting. Brian’s expertise and advice has helped Mobotour become and remain maniacally focused on solving customer problems – while staying simple, and easy to use.
